​Congratulations to Trudi Vargo, a DSM in Auglaize County who has spent the past 15 years with CRSI!
 
Trudi started as a part-time DSP working with 15 individuals at the Licensed group home in Auglaize County & worked part-time at another location. When a position opened, Trudi moved to full-time at the group home.  After about a year and a half, Trudi moved to a full-time manager position in Van Wert.  She worked in Van Wert for about a year & transferred back to Auglaize County, where for the last 12+ years she has been a full-time manager, providing oversite to different combinations of two homes, and at one time, Trudi was managing 3 different locations.  Most recently, in addition to managing, Trudi also assists with payroll processing, entries, & corrections as well as running reports for Care Tracker.

Joe, Jill, Eddie, Justin, & Michele from Van Wert County participated in "Bowl for Honor" on Saturday, Feb. 29th. This was an event to raise funds for the Flag City Honor Flight.

Flag City Honor Flight is a hub of the National Honor Flight Network, serving Veterans of Findlay, Hancock County and surrounding areas. Each hub independently plans, raises funds and transports American Veterans to Washington, D.C. to visit their war memorials.

Flag City Honor Flight’s annual flight takes 80 or more Veterans to Washington at no cost to the Veterans. The organization relies on charitable funding to support the extensive logistics and expenses involved in creating this experience for these special honorees.
