All staff employed by CRSI are required to be at least 18 years of age and meet certain requirements.
Employee requirements include:
  • Diploma or GED
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Vehicle Insurance
  • Social Security Card
  • TB Testing

  • Excluded Persons
  • Sex Offender
  • Child Victim Offender

Other Required Checks:
  • References
  • Local Police and BCI
  • Incarcerated Offenders Database

Training required upon hire & annually thereafter:
  • CPR
  • First Aid
  • 14-hour Medication Administration
  • Abuse/Neglect
  • OSHA
  • Incident & MUI Reporting
  • HIPAA Confidentiality
  • Individual Rights
  • Agency Policies
  • Fire Safety
  • Emergency Response
  • Van & Auto Safety
  • Individual Specific–16 hours
