CRSI's Annual Health Fair is FREE and open to the public from 1-4:30pm. The date for the 2020 Health Fair is TBA.
Our goal with our Annual Health Fair has been to increase the public’s knowledge of local Health Services. Our focus has been in providing free screenings, massages and a variety of valuable information on a wide range of health issues. It is the hope of CRSI to continue to offer these free services to our community.
