Strive is CRSI’s Employment and Day Habilitation option for people with developmental disabilities. Strive provides opportunities for individuals to engage their communities, learn new skills, find employment or even pursue volunteer work, all while being supported by our professionals, who assure that people are safe and their unique needs are met.
At CRSI, we know that for many, Employment First means an opportunity to find a job that is meaningful and enjoyable. Near the end of 2015, we pursued and were awarded a grant from the Ohio Department of Developmental Disabilities, to initiate progressive and unique program strategies to thoughtfully pursue community engagement, thus increasing the opportunities to find employment and friendship.
