CRSI combines Logan Co. services into network
CRSI has combined the services of Logan County Residential, Inc. (LCRI) of Bellefontaine into its current operational network, according to CEO Than Johnson of CRSI. The two, not-for-profit providers of developmental disability services, came to an agreement earlier this year to merge services “in order to continue an efficient and high level of quality services and also to provide the most beneficial choice for customers and employees”, says Johnson.
“Logan Residential has operated since the 1970’s with an excellent reputation and CRSI patterned many of its early policies based on LCRI actions,” he says adding, “We have successfully merged services into our operation from other not-for-profit providers in Miami, Shelby and Allen Counties because we look for efficiencies in combining resources that enable a continuity of care.”
A not-for-profit organization since 1976, CRSI is one of the largest provider agencies in Ohio, with services spanning thirty Oho counties, and a workforce of over thirteen hundred employees. Headquartered in Urbana, CRSI currently serves nearly eight hundred individuals throughout western Ohio; with regional offices located in Allen, Auglaize, Clark, Defiance, Franklin, Logan, Lucas, Madison and Miami Counties.
“We will continue to offer the best services possible for the citizens of Logan County, “ says Scott DeLong, president, who also points out that CRSI has been very successful in obtaining near perfect state surveys throughout the agency, including in Logan County since the merger took effect.
