Marty Fagans
Chief Operations Officer

Martin (Marty) Fagans received his Bachelor of Education from the University of Toledo, majoring in Administration and Supervision in Social Services; and has completed graduate coursework in Non-Profit Management. He has worked in the MR/DD (mental retardation/development disabilities) field for 21 years before joining CRSI as Chief Operations Officer in June, 2007.
Marty is best known for his work with the Anne Grady Corporation in Lucas County, another non-profit organization providing services for individuals with MR/DD. As Director of Community Programs, he developed and operated a residential and vocational day program. He has also served as Director of Resident Trainers and Therapy Services Director. He has developed supported living and group home programs and has extensive experience with ICF/MR (intermediate care facilities for mental retardation).
Marty came to CRSI from the Toledo area. He is a former chairman of the City of Maumee ADA Commission, past president of the Maumee Valley Civitan Club and past manager of the Maumee High School Hockey Club. He is also a former director of Youth Ministries at the First Presbyterian Church in Maumee and a member of its Board of Trustees. In addition, he is a member of the Pi Sigma Alpha National Public Administration Honor Society, and is a member of the Ohio Provider Resource Association serving on the State and Local Policy Committee.
As C.O.O., Marty is responsible for coordinating and monitoring the operations of all areas where the agency provides services, including program and consumer-related activities. Currently, CRSI provides services to consumers in over 30 Ohio counties and he is responsible for ensuring that all operational and regulatory requirements and standards are met.
He and his wife Maureen have four grown children, Marisa, Mary, Marla and Mick.
