Champaign Residential Services,  Inc.

The Champaign Residential Services, Inc. (CRSI) Wellness Committee is sponsoring a food drive for Help House of London, in order to provide much needed support for the local organization. The food drive is being held in partnership with Ernie’s Medicine Shoppe and will run from December 5 through 15.

CRSI is a not-for profit organization that provides support services for individuals with developmental disabilities in Madison as well as thirty other Ohio counties.   “At CRSI, the wellness committee not only focuses on employee needs, but also its mission is to serve the community; and we think caring for people in need fits that mission,” says Craig Burns who is serving as project chair.

The public is invited to drop off unexpired canned goods or boxed foods like soup, fruit, cereal, spaghetti and rice at CRSI’s Madison County regional office at 117 West High Street or at Ernie’s Medicine Shopped at 54 West High. Household items such as cleaning supplies and detergents and personal items such as soap, deodorant and shampoo are also being accepted.

Donations need to be dropped off by December 15. For further information, Burns can be reached at 740-852-3850 or by e-mail at cburns@crsi-oh.com
