Administration
Than Johnson, CEO 
After serving on the original incorporating board of CRSI in 1976, Than Johnson assumed the position of CEO 1983. He received his Bachelor of Arts Degree. from Wilmington College in 1970 and completed graduate level course work at Miami University from 1970-74.
His career began as Residential Administrator for the Preble County Board of DD, followed by serving as Program Administrator with the Ohio Department of DD  at Orient Developmental Center, before joining CRSI. Throughout his career, Than has been very active on the state and national level, serving on many boards including Ancor and OPRA, while advocating for the benefit and human rights of people with disabilities.
Administration
Scott DeLong, President 
Scott received his Bachelor of Science Degree from Urbana University in 1994. He began working for CRSI in 1999 as a regional accountant and was later promoted to Controller. In 2007, Scott was appointed Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and in 2012 was named President of CRSI.
He is very active on the state and national level, exploring best practice solutions and advocating for the benefit and human rights of people with disabilities. Additionally, he is active in the community, serving on  local boards; including being elected to the Mechanicsburg Exempted School Board in 2010 and 2013.
