RE: New Program Administrator/Champaign and Clark Regional Services
Marty Fagans, chief operations officer for CRSI is announcing the appointment of Nicole Williams to the position of Program Administrator for Champaign, Clark, Clinton and Greene Counties. She has been with CRSI since August 2002, serving as behavior support specialist in Champaign County.Williams received her Bachelor’s of Administration in Psychology in 2001 from Wright State University and her Master’s in Criminal Justice in 2004 from Tiffin University.
“Nicole’s years of service, background and education made her a top choice for this leadership position,” says Fagans.
Her duties as a program administrator include managing and overseeing the quality of care to consumers as well as supervising the direct care staff that provides those services for individuals living with the challenges of MR/DD in the four-county area. Williams also will be working closely with each county board of MR/DD to see that all services requested by consumers are performed as planned.
“I am looking forward to something new and challenging,” says Williams. “I have really enjoyed working as a behavior support specialist for the past five years, but moving on to meet consumers’ needs in four counties with a great team of dedicated workers is exciting for me. I am looking forward to a great partnership with each county board and each community where CRSI provides services in my area.”
Williams currently lives in New Carlisle. She maintains offices in both Clark and Champaign Counties. The Clark County regional programming office is located at 1711 W. Main Street in Springfield and the Champaign County programming office is located at corporate headquarters, 1150 Scioto Street in Urbana.
